Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute

My group members and I used Qualtrics, a web-based survey tool, to conduct research to help the Institute identify reasons participants decide to, or not, return to programs. We also surveyed the participants on their interests of new products the Institute plans on offering for the Institute to decide which products they want to include in a new on-line store.
