Conducted a comprehensive conjoint analysis examining consumer preferences for luggage purchases, analyzing six key attributes using data from 300 AI-generated consumer responses. Developed and tested three product concepts ranging from premium to budget options, with results showing the mid-tier affordable checked bag securing 62% market share, confirming that consumers gravitate toward quality-value positioning. Based on findings, provided strategic recommendations to improve the underperforming budget option through improved security features and customization options.
